For Existing Customers

We don’t want to leave you out in the cold.  Contact us today and have your account upgraded at no charge.  All we require is your email address, or cell phone number and cell phone provider.

Please Note: Standard text message charges apply. Two initial SMS setup messages will be sent upon receiving the first signal from the monitoring station.  Once received, customers must activate the SMS service. Following the initial setup the customer will receive two messages on every notification. (The 1st to “Initialize” and the 2nd to “Read” the message.) Customers wishing additional zone notifications will have the option of adding one of our chargeable Interactive Monitoring services. The addition of any alarm panel equipment and/or peripherals (contacts) are subject to extra charges.
